If each of us were this thoughtful in every activity, with every purchase, the positive impact on us would be enormous.

Although not directly linked to community mental health and wellness, the conditions the article describes can only lead to ill-harmony emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually.

I am taking creative license with posting a link to an article, because this chapter didn’t relate to my topic.
I found this article, though, and it made me wonder about public trust — or the lack of it — and how that impacts our individual and collective mental health. The article is well-written, insightful and forces one to evaluate blind trust and the colossal impact of deceptive marketing practices as they relate specifically to branding.

- Water is getting to the point where its only 2.5% fresh. Water pollution is huge, our fruits and vegetables are getting water by that same water you see getting polluted. Dirty water, Dirty food. Polar bears are losing there homes due to the glaciers melting.
