  • Everyone should speak at least a little

    • visuals for the team, not necessarily each individual
    • can be PowerPoint, digital photos, website with graphics, video, poster, demonstration, and/or draw on board
  • Describe key problems briefly (if not widely known)
  • Focus on Local Solutions
